**Clinical Support Associate**

This is an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and support in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, coordinating clinical and administrative tasks, and working effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient support from admission to discharge.
  • Communicate effectively with medical specialists, administrators, patients, and caregivers.
  • Coordinate clinical operations with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a reception or administration role.
  • Previous experience working in a medical setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with efficient keyboard/typing skills.
