Job Description

The Facilities and Asset Officer will support, monitor, and assist in the completion of minor and major project works across Catholic Education Diocese of Rockhampton sites and programs. Key aspects of this role include supporting building projects, proposals, tracking progress, reconciliation of costs, coordinating travel, communicating with service managers, establishing and maintaining administrative procedures, and providing assistance to the Executive Lead.

Requirements

  • A background in providing executive-level support and proven experience in building strong, trusted working relationships at all levels across the business.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to work unsupervised and under your own initiative, and a commitment to collaborative teamwork.
  • Highly organised and motivated, with the ability to provide effective and efficient administrative support.
