Responsibilities:

  • You will monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely and accurate collection of debts.">
  • Reconcile all account balances to ensure accuracy and completeness, and identify and resolve any errors or discrepancies in customer invoices or payments.">
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues or concerns and provide excellent customer service.">
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and maintain accurate and detailed records of customer transactions.">
