Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and scheduling maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

This role requires the ability to analyze metric data for potential efficiencies and improvements, as well as collaborate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure organizational goals are realized.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, including senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan work activities using the CMMS
  • Determine and monitor resource capacities to enable the development of detailed schedules for planned and reactive maintenance activities
  • Prepare documentation required to access systems and equipment requiring maintenance
  • Analyze metric data for potential efficiencies and improvements
  • Collaborate efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure CMMS data is maintained in an accurate and consistent manner

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration
  • Certificate in Planning and Scheduling activities
  • Trade qualified
