**Job Overview**:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team at one of our leading stores in Hobart. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing High Touch customer service and driving sales growth through effective leadership and supervision of our store staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a personalized experience

• Supervise and lead a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance

• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and enhance the overall shopping experience

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards

**Requirements**:

• Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong product knowledge and understanding of the luxury beauty market

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
