**Complex Urology Surgeon Opportunity**

A challenging position in tertiary-level surgical practice is available, offering advanced post-fellowship training in all aspects of complex urological surgery.

The role requires a strong commitment to high-quality patient care, effective collaboration within a team, and leadership skills. A key opportunity for fellows will be to gain broad exposure to multidisciplinary and transplant-related urology.

About the Position

This position involves providing expert care to patients with complex urological conditions, working closely with consultants, registrars, and other healthcare professionals. Fellows will develop their skills in surgical consultations, urodynamics, flexible ureteroscopy, advanced endourology, and complex urological surgery.

Fellows will also contribute to clinical audit and research, participating in various projects that aim to improve patient outcomes and advance the field of urology. The department maintains strong academic links with the University of Melbourne, providing opportunities for teaching, training, and research at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must hold FRACS (Urology) or an equivalent recognized overseas fellowship, be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, and demonstrate a strong commitment to high-quality patient care.

You should work effectively within a team, showing collaboration and leadership, and uphold Austin Health values in all aspects of clinical and professional practice. Additionally, you must provide evidence of English language proficiency, if applicable.
