Job Title: Platform Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Platform Engineering Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our data platforms. As an Engineering leader, you will be responsible for unleashing the power of our payments data to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the implementation of data platforms at Enterprise level
  • Drive engineering leadership capability for the platform including software, systems, quality, and site reliability
  • Ensure open communication and collaboration across engineering teams
  • Set the standard for high-quality code reviews
  • Drive continuous Improvement across the platform, including reducing build time, increasing deployment frequency, and improving resilience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementation of data platforms at Enterprise level
  • Engineering leadership capability for the platform including software, systems, quality, and site reliability
  • Expertise in leading and driving team of engineers that work with Amazon Redshift, Apache Iceberg, Hadoop, AWS, Abinitio, and Snowflake
  • People management with previous experience in playing leadership roles within a data engineering chapter coupled with ability to provide AI thought leadership
