About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to join our fast-paced and growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operation of their store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing stock, and leading a team of passionate individuals.

You will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in driving sales, wages, KPIs, and stock loss targets. You will also possess excellent communication and motivational skills, with the ability to train new staff effectively.

  • Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving products, and maintain a well-presented store environment.
  • Lead a team of passionate individuals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they achieve their full potential.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and respect among team members.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the store efficiently, meeting or exceeding sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, manage costs, and increase profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels, using data to inform business decisions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, building trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service.
