Job Opportunity: IT Leadership Role

About the Job:

  • We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our corporate IT service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for computing equipment, electrical power, and cabling infrastructure.
  • Oversee a team of IT officers with expertise in Computers, Networks, VOIP, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning, Cloud services, etc.
  • Negotiate service level agreements to balance performance, reliability, and costs.
  • Maintain high availability, reliability, performance, and security of the corporate infrastructure.
  • Manage asset management through an efficient Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Drive international projects with PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
  • Coordinate teams in matrix organizations while meeting timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
  • Cultivate relationships with end-users and business leaders by articulating value propositions.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, customer-facing skills, and effective communication skills.
  • Rationalize solutions and apply standardization across multiple countries.
  • Foster collaboration among stakeholders across various teams.
