Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing performance channels across digital platforms, with a key focus on achieving enquiry targets and optimizing digital ROI.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, EDMs, and GA4 campaigns to maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimal results.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven track record in managing performance channels.
  • Comfortable reading and reporting on large volumes of data.
  • Confident in Google Ads, Meta Ads, EDMs, and GA4.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications.
  • Minimum two years managing Facebook and Google campaigns.
