Our organization is seeking a talented Retail Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in Australia. With a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, this role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with the ANZ HR team to support employee relations activities, including coaching, support, and influence that enable client groups to deliver their people plans effectively. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will lead the formulation and implementation of the Retail HR strategy and programs that support both short and long-term business priorities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner directly with the Commercial team to support all employee-related matters.
  • Manage the Retail HR team to ensure they achieve their goals and maximize their potential.
  • Collaborate with Senior HR Manager and Retail HR Executives to identify and build out talent plans across our Point of Sales teams.
  • Evaluate and enforce compliance with legal requirements and company policies during the hiring process.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution.
  • Take ownership for National Enterprise Agreement; ensuring time and attendance practices are compliant with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in Human Resources with a Bachelor degree in area of specialty (or equivalent experience).
  • The ability to work comfortably with various stakeholders, gathering requirements and presenting information on best practices.
  • Ideal 5+ years working experience within the retail industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with ambiguity.
