Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Psychologist or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker to join our team as a Mental Health Specialist - Workforce Wellbeing Expert. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients and contribute to our mission of promoting workplace wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with various mental health conditions and outcomes goals;
  • Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, case managers, and employers to facilitate effective return-to-work strategies;
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions using clinical expertise;
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational standards.

About You

  • You hold a General Psychologist registration with AHPRA or an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker credential from the AASW;
  • You have a strong passion for improving lives through work and health;
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • You are willing to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation;
