Salary

A competitive salary package is on offer for this exciting opportunity, with an estimated annual remuneration ranging from AU$55,000 to AU$65,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Buyers Administrator in our Global Buying team, you will build foundational skills to prepare and propel you into the world of Buying. Your day will include administration, preparing reports, data entry & database management. You will partner closely with the Junior Buyer and support them with market research and other tasks.

The role is based out of our vibrant Head Office in Melbourne and suits a Fashion Graduate looking to take their first step into Buying.

  • Processing and maintenance of purchase orders
  • Raise and manage orders in the product database ensuring accuracy
  • Raise internal product descriptions
  • Ensure effective sample management
  • Collate samples for relevant meetings as required
  • General administration and database management
Required Skills and Qualifications

You are a recent Fashion Graduate or have relevant tertiary qualification in Fashion Merchandise / Enterprise (or equivalent) and experience working in a Retail environment. You possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, can work autonomously as well as part of a team, and manage a high workload and meet tight deadlines.
