Job Title: Sales Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales opportunities and ensure customers have a memorable experience.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create an optimal shopping experience.
- Utilise product knowledge and selling skills to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Ensure accurate completion of sales order paperwork and internal documentation for timely order processing.
- Maximise sales through effective selling techniques, including room solutions and add-on sales.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold showroom standards, including visual merchandising and pricing accuracy.
