We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Pandora. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and embody the Pandora brand culture, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer loyalty, and improve store performance.
- Coach and develop the sales team to achieve individual and store goals, providing regular feedback and guidance.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Ensure a high level of customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions.
- 2+ years of experience in a high-performance sales environment, preferably in retail or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
