Sourcing Strategist

1. Drive strategic procurement initiatives that promote efficiency, innovation and cost savings.
2. Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to achieve value-for-money outcomes.
3. Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
4. Oversee the adoption of early contractor involvement and contemporary contracting methodologies.
5. Provide guidance and support to a high-performing procurement team.

You possess a proven track record of success in procurement leadership roles, with expertise in developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives within large, complex organisations. Your strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and stakeholder engagement abilities enable you to drive procurement transformation while ensuring regulatory compliance.
