Assistant Store Manager

We're seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our BWS team in Port Lincoln. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Empower and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Lead by example and demonstrate a customer-centric approach to all aspects of store operations
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators
- Identify and develop opportunities for growth and improvement within the store
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a proven track record of success in a retail or hospitality environment. You'll be a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.
