Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the full brand experience to each customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Process point of sale interactions and reconcile till accurately
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
  • Process stock deliveries and manage inventory control
Requirements
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong alignment with our values
  • Flexible availability, including all school holidays
  • Reliable form of transport
  • Retail or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
