Job Title: Veterinary Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Director to lead our team at Greencross Crown Street. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the clinic, ensuring a high standard of client service, patient care, practice culture, and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to the veterinary team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and patient care
  • Lead and manage the veterinary team to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years post-graduation experience as a veterinarian
  • Strong clinical leadership and management skills
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop junior staff
  • Comfort in consulting, diagnosing, and treating companion animals with autonomy
  • Veterinary Science qualifications from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC)
