As a Lead Video Content Producer, you'll produce high-quality video content that supports fundraising, storytelling, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging multimedia content concepts and storylines.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Fundraising teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Capture powerful interviews, supporter stories, and campaign content in-studio and on location.
  • Guide junior team members in content production and ensure brand consistency.
  • Use social media and SEO insights to optimise reach and engagement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience producing high-quality video content across various formats.
  • Hands-on production skills including filming, lighting, audio, and post-production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Excellent storytelling, scripting, editing, and visual communication skills.
  • Mentoring or guiding junior creatives in a collaborative team setting.
  • Current Driver's License and Working with Children Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
