Job Title: Salad Maker

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Salad Maker to join our team in Sydney CBD. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for presentation, be able to work well under pressure, and follow instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble salads, fruit platters, and grazing boards with attention to detail and quality.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and presentation.
  • Follow portioning and food presentation guidelines.
  • Keep your workspace clean and follow food safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • A keen eye for detail - presentation is key.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet time targets.
  • Can follow instructions and work autonomously.
  • Reliable, efficient, and organized.
  • Previous experience as a Salad Maker, Kitchen Hand, or Food Prep preferred.
