About the Job

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join one of our Development Teams in Melbourne. As part of a high-performing cross-functional team, you will work on a large Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) system, growing the most widely used online collaboration platform in the world for Construction, Infrastructure, and Energy and Resources projects – Oracle Aconex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test a large enterprise software system with complex workflows and multiple inter-connected services.
  • Understand, maintain, and improve manual and automated test cases as well as relevant knowledge articles.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of product features and business rules for existing and new functionalities.
  • Collaborate with Product, User Experience, and Engineering teams.
  • Understand business requirements and determine the appropriate testing approaches considering the impact of the changes.
  • Communicate clearly with different areas of the business and team members.
  • Perform functional and exploratory testing and identify any risks for upcoming releases.
  • Raise issues for identified product failures and able to perform effective bug advocacy.
  • Proactively engage in continuous process improvement initiatives and find better ways to get things done.
  • Relentlessly focus on personal development to improve efficiency and performance.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a highly competitive suite of employee benefits, including generous paid parental leave and comprehensive premium medical insurance. Flexible work arrangements are also available.
