We are seeking a skilled Service Design Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with service delivery leaders and staff, as well as driving the implementation of national flagship service models.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of innovators who are passionate about designing impactful services that integrate lived experience, evidence, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our service portfolios.
  • Provide expert guidance on innovation and service design.
  • Design and drive the implementation of national Flagship Service Models in line with international best practice.
  • Work with local staff to critically review and re-design service models for greater impact.
Requirements for Success:
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and passion for human-centred design approaches, including co-design and person-informed service design.
  • Ability to implement human-centred design work in a community service context.
