About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to residents in a dynamic environment that values its team members and prioritizes their development.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

  • Deliver exceptional personal, social, and emotional care and support to residents in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Assist with activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming, maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident at all times.
  • Support residents with mobility issues, including walking, using assistive devices, or transferring between different positions.
  • Monitor health: Observe and report any changes in the resident's health or behavior in a timely manner.
  • Ensure residents receive the necessary food and assistance during mealtime, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Document care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident's condition accurately and thoroughly.
  • Collaborate effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care to our residents.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Certification III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
  • Able to adapt quickly, demonstrate passion for delivering quality care, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
