**Job Title:** Education Commercial Executive

Our team is looking for a highly skilled commercial executive to lead our education strategy in Japan. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring compliance through the sales process across education accounts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive revenue growth and ensure compliance through the sales process across education accounts.
  2. Understand the unique needs of education customers and tailor commercial solutions to support long-term success.
  3. Lead internal and external sales motions through commercial constructs and deal-making, optimising investment and customization.
  4. Identify and maximise business opportunities with new offerings like Microsoft Copilot, ensuring successful execution.
  5. Collaborate with Sales and Finance stakeholders to define negotiation strategies and align on pricing, terms, and conditions.
  6. Act as the lead negotiator, preparing compelling proposals, articulating value, and addressing customer concerns.
  7. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across education institutions, partners, and internal teams to support customer outcomes and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
  1. 7+ years of sales and negotiation experience, including experience as a Commercial Executive with a strong understanding of Microsoft's Education Contracting models or equivalent experience.
  2. Business-level proficiency in Japanese AND English, including written and verbal fluency.
