We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide comprehensive care to individuals with disabilities.

This is a contract-based position that requires flexibility and autonomy, with the opportunity to work independently and make a meaningful difference in someone's life.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent Behavioural Strategies skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory qualifications for this role include:

  • Cert III, IV in Disability or Aged Care Services
  • National/International Police Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Screening Check
  • First Aid Certificate (incl. resuscitation)
  • Valid Driver's License and Access to an insured vehicle
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status

A Certificate of Autism Spectrum Disorder is highly regarded for this role.
