Job Description:

We are seeking passionate industry professionals to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will be proactive, welcoming, and expert in providing service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent dining experiences to our guests
  • Working collaboratively with the F&B team to execute 5-star service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar positions advantageous
  • Barista experience highly regarded
  • High tea service experience highly regarded
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • Enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is provided
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work within a team
  • Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts.
  • Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
  • Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life
