About the Role
We are seeking skilled mental health nurses to work across various in-patient services, including acute psychiatric units and residential rehabilitation facilities.
- The primary focus of this role is to deliver high-quality patient care involving risk assessment, mental state evaluation, and tailored care planning, while collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
The ultimate goal is to facilitate individual recovery, improve clinical outcomes, and reduce systemic barriers to care.
Key Responsibilities
This position involves direct patient care, including assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and excellent communication skills.
- Must possess current registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in mental health nursing, preferably in an in-patient setting
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
