Early Learning Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team of passionate professionals in creating a nurturing environment where young minds can grow and thrive.

Our centre provides a play-based learning approach that includes large outdoor playgrounds and hands-on discovery in thoughtfully designed indoor spaces. We offer healthy, delicious meals freshly prepared onsite to keep our learners fuelled and ready for fun.

About the Centre:

Milestones Early Learning Bushland Beach is an early learning centre in Townsville's northern suburbs, supporting children aged 0-5 to explore and develop their skills in a safe, supportive environment. Our educators work collaboratively to create a calm, welcoming space where every child feels seen, valued, and excited to learn.

Our centre prioritises the safety, rights, and wellbeing of all children, promoting a culture of child safety with a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse and harm.

Job Requirements

Applicants will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one, as well as a first aid certificate, are also required.

Candidates must have a strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds and be willing to contribute to a positive team culture.
