Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build scalable ETL pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various systems.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and domain specialists to deliver optimized data solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize database infrastructure for efficiency, reliability, and scalability on large datasets.
  • Maintain data quality, governance, and security standards across systems.
  • Implement cloud-based data storage systems and migrate on-premise data systems as needed.
  • Develop documentation for data engineering processes and frameworks.
  • Support major data initiatives such as migration, reporting enhancements, or analytics integration efforts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role (3-5 years).
  • Advanced knowledge of Python, SQL, or other programming/querying languages for data processing.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies like Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar frameworks.
  • Proficient in working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data warehousing.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
