Job Description

We're looking for a Director of Client Engagement to join our NSW Health team. As a key member of our Institutional bank, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the Health sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting business development and origination activities.
  2. Maintaining and building on ANZ's relationships with customer executives.
  3. Collaborating with product specialists to deliver client-centric solutions.
  4. Working closely with Risk, R&A, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective outcomes.
  5. Developing and sharing best practices with the wider team.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Extensive experience in Banking/Finance.
  • In-depth knowledge of products and services.
  • Financial analysis skills and credit assessment experience.
  • Excellent client handling, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
  • Strong teamwork orientation and collaboration skills.
  • A sound understanding of the Health sector would be advantageous.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce disciplines.
