Android Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to contribute to the development of our Android applications.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Android engineering with exposure to Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Java, and Android platform SDKs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the full lifecycle of Android application development, focusing on scalable and responsive UI.
  • Collaborate in an agile environment and participate in team development workflows.
  • Work with web services and API-backed mobile app development, ensuring secure integration using OAuth.
  • Apply appropriate Android architecture patterns, such as MVVM and Clean Architecture, while upholding information security fundamentals.
  • Write automated tests to ensure quality and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Android engineering.
  • Strong understanding of web services and API-backed mobile app development.
  • Knowledge of OAuth and secure usage in mobile apps.
  • Experience with popular Android application architecture approaches.
  • Demonstrable skill in building scalable and responsive UI.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.

Prior experience with Agile methodologies is also beneficial. We encourage applicants who are passionate about User Experience and interested in designing secure systems with strong information security fundamentals.
