Job Title: Lifeguard Senior

This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of pool patrons in a leisure center setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be energetic and dynamic, and have a passion for safety around water. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons, communicating effectively with staff and management, and adhering to OHS and public safety protocols.

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Pool Lifeguard Certificate
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
