You are ready to re-enter the workforce after a career break. Our 12-week Career Comeback program offers tailored support, including induction, career coaching, learning and development opportunities, and more.

We've designed our 12-week program to support professionals transitioning back into the workforce. You'll join us in a permanent role within our Financial Crime Operations team, with specialized support including:

- A comprehensive induction and re-onboarding experience
- Tailored career coaching and mentoring
- Learning and development workshops to build your confidence and skills
- A dedicated program manager to guide your return

About the Role

Your day-to-day could include:
Operational Support
- Building strong relationships with operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
- Delivering targeted training materials and providing hands-on technical expertise

Continuous Improvement
- Supporting updates to Standard Operating Procedures and providing coaching based on quality findings
- Using root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities

Quality Control
- Conducting quality reviews aligned to the Quality Control Framework
- Supporting control testing and identifying document control risks

Projects
- Investigating and addressing issues or incidents in the risk system
- Owning and evolving your personal development plan

We're looking for people who:

- Have been on a career break for two years or more
- Hold permanent Australian working rights
- Bring experience in AML/CTF, Sanctions, or broader compliance
- Have a background in quality control or coaching/training within operational teams
- Are confident working with stakeholders and building trusted relationships
- Are strategic thinkers with adaptable coaching styles and a continuous improvement mindset
