About the role

Are you an experienced retail professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading high-performing teams? We are seeking a Store Manager to join our Liquorland team in Australia.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be the face of the store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Managing the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-organized
  • Building relationships with customers and suppliers
