Duties:Assembler:- Assemble and construct parts of containers for trucks.
- Install components and equipment according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Operate machinery and tools for cutting, shaping, and assembly.
- Perform welding tasks to join metal components.
- Fabricate metal parts by cutting, bending, and shaping.
- Assemble fabricated parts and structures according to design requirements, ensuring precision and alignment.
- Inspect welds and completed work for strength, precision, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain welding equipment, ensuring safety and proper functionality.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming before painting.
- Mix and match paint colors to meet customer or manufacturer specifications.
- Apply paint coatings using spray guns and other equipment, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Inspect finished work for quality, correcting any defects or imperfections.
- Maintain and clean painting equipment and workspace to ensure a safe environment.
- At least 3 years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Experience in fabricating and assembling metal components and structures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail for ensuring quality.
- Experience working with metal, wood, or composite materials.
