We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in the Cessnock NSW 2325 area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide home help services to aged care clients, including general housekeeping, cleaning, meal preparation and social support.
  • Work closely with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure high-quality care is delivered.

You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our elderly community members and contribute to delivering Best Care as part of our team effort.

Requirements:
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
  • An interest in community care or aged care (experience preferred but not essential).
