Planner or Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled lawyer to join our Perth Planning and Environment team as an Associate or Senior Associate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a wide range of planning matters, including development applications, merits appeals, due diligence, compulsory acquisition compensation claims, contaminated sites, and all other forms of planning agreements.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative law and compliance advice
• Work closely with the Planning & Environment partner on advising on planning matters

Skillset:

The ideal candidate will have strong legal advice skills, technical ability, and business acumen. They may be close to being considered for promotion to a Senior Associate role.
