About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Humanology, specializing in commercial construction and facade design and installation. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful design, procurement, and installation of facades for large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide monthly forecasts and reports on project performance
  • Deliver projects on time within budgets
  • Plan and implement scheduled projects
  • Liaise with drafting and other departments as required
  • Liaise with shipping agents and suppliers on all projects and custom requirements
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients
  • Monitor and report on the impact of changes in scope or extent
  • Attend meetings and site meetings as required
  • Authorize payment of project materials and payment to contractors
  • Maintain and update project management spreadsheets and systems as required
  • Attend handover meetings to review documentation and information
  • Assess and report projected claims and monitor performance
  • Maintain and monitor overseas production and supply to ensure on-site requirements are met
  • Monitor project costs and forecasts re-estimated cost of completion
  • Maintain site safety at all times, working cooperatively with clients and WHS officers as required
About You

You will be an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large commercial projects. You must be strong in developing, procuring, and delivering commercial construction projects.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in efficient and effective decision-making in the context of high-risk/high-profile project delivery
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • A strong track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
