Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or business management.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, e.g., month-end results such as revenue, costs, margin, and cash flow.
  • Demonstrated experience leading within an interdisciplinary environment and empowering staff through the application of values-based and transparent management practices.
  • Well-developed data analysis skills.
  • Well-developed communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated dedication to own continuous professional development and the professional development of other staff.
  • Demonstrated understanding of private health funding and patient accounts management.
  • Full membership of CPA Australia or Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) - desired.
  • Proven experience working in a medical or hospital administration environment, with the ability to interpret and apply medical terminology appropriately - desired.
