Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and effective individual, group, and family counselling sessions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and hospital staff
Requirements:
- Experience in Palliative Care (essential)
- Masters in Counselling (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach and ability to respond to changing environments
