Job Title: Parts Exchange Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the management of our parts exchange business, sales inventory and product range.

This role requires a technically-minded individual with experience in sales and a strong mechanical or technical background. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the parts exchange team, ensuring seamless operations and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the parts exchange business, including sales inventory and product range
  • Support sales for internal and external customers
  • Achieve business objectives and budgets for the parts exchange team
  • Facilitate parts orders and brokering used parts sales and inventory
  • Maintain accurate inventory control functions
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call system for emergency parts supply

Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Current driver's license
  • High level of accuracy
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Caterpillar parts system experience (an advantage)
  • Inventory control experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
