About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Skechers. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

You'll work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling satisfied and eager to return. Your passion for streetwear and sneaker culture will shine through in your interactions with customers, and you'll be well-versed in our premium products and latest releases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in-store
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Process and manage large volumes of stock, including picking and packing click and dispatch orders
  • Assist in maintaining the in-store environment, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
  • Maintain a positive and can-do attitude at all times to drive sales and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
  • Full availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
