Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing stylish, trend-driven apparel collections for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare mood boards and colour palettes for presentation to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with design directors and planners to develop balanced apparel collections.
  • Brief graphic designers on monthly range requirements to ensure impactful presentations.
  • Work with production coordinators to meet safety and compliance standards for all products.
  • Attend fit sessions, providing direction and feedback on fit comments.
  • Analyse weekly sales reports to identify bestsellers and opportunities for growth.
  • Communicate timely updates on product delivery and ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Design or Product Development.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and InDesign).
  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Fashion Design/Buying.
  • Standard knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical, numerate, and accurate skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with effective time management skills.
