  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is desired.
  • Experience with SCADA systems and hydraulic modeling is beneficial.
