  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Support store operations across inventory, visual merchandising, loss prevention and store presentation when required
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide effective solutions for customers

Requirements:

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience
  • High school certificate or equivalent
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy - Microsoft Office

  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
