Job Title: Asset Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Asset Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of properties, including lease administration, financial management, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property or lease administration, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a proactive and customer-focused mindset.

You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional property and facilities services, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards. Your attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with property managers, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
  • Review lease data, manage purchase orders, support budgeting and forecasting, and assist with arrears and rent reviews.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports, cash flow budgets, and variance analysis in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Build strong tenant relationships, respond to queries, and ensure high service standards through regular site visits and proactive communication.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in Commercial / Office Property Administration and or Management, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with outstanding initiative and excellent attention to detail.
