Job Title: Support Worker - Home and Complex Care Needs

Our team is seeking dedicated support workers to deliver quality care services to individuals in the St George area who require assistance with daily living activities. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, manual handling, and social support to our clients.

  • Delivering personal care services such as shower assistance, toileting, and feeding;
  • Providing manual handling assistance including transfers to and from bed, shower, and commode;
  • Offering emotional support and companionship;

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience working with complex needs;
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or similar qualifications;
  • Availability during weekdays (morning and afternoon) and weekends;
  • Voluntary Covid-19 vaccination; and
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check.
