Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Beacon Lighting. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store sales and profit results.
- Provide expert customer service to retail and trade customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- 2+ years' experience in a retail or service environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize your work.
