Production Operator Role

About our company:

We have been producing chocolate and confectionary for over 90 years. From humble beginnings, we have grown to become a well-known brand in various countries.

We are seeking diligent production workers to join our team in a permanent full-time role at our factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating purpose-built machines (full training provided)
  • Completing manual handling duties - lifting, pulling, pushing, bending and reaching
  • Conducting quality checks
  • Maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably from food manufacturing
  • Able to understand and follow instructions and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment, reliability and motivation
